After having worked in several industries, I have spent the last 15 years as the chief of the Media business Unit at De Agostini Editore with focus on the digital transformation. At De Agostini, along with my team and thanks to shareholders trust, I have created a brand new media business unit that has created and launched successful TV channels on different platforms, websites and digital destinations, proving that “traditional” business can be effectively turned around and that challenges set by innovation can be transformed into opportunities. I am expert in strategy and growth issues as well as in operational improvement with a successful track record, starting-up and running successful business and setting up strategic alliances with leading media companies. I believe that having brilliant ideas is a great thing, but little worth without execution and delivery.
