Since the day I convinced my brother to try a zip line of my design to make sure it was “safe”, I enjoy testing products and materials (in a safer way!). In my day-to-day work, I help product engineers & material science researchers by providing the best instruments to test and improve their materials to make safer, better and longer lasting products. With a background in mechanical and materials science, I provide testing solutions related to material surfaces including: • Tribology• Wear / Friction• Mechanical properties (Modulus, Hardness…) at nano, micro and macro scales• Scratch adhesion and Scratch resistance• Optical profilometry Gifted with the working genius of Invention and Enablement (www.workinggenius.com), I excel at problem solving and find energy in sharing material testing experience gathered in my 20+ years’ experience.
