Pierre Reynaud

I started my professional carrier at SECOTOOLS Reaming working as a numeric machine operator. After moving to different positions, varying from an machine operator, quality controller and then to the environmental assistant. After I was the team leader responsible for 10 workers. Since November 2017, I accepted a production responsibility. I’m in charge of 15 workers in my team, at a same time, being the “local change leader” in the “PU transformation” program. I have worked at SECOTOOLS Reaming for 20 years, with a staff of 40 employees, that are part of the Swedish Group SECOTOOLS representing 5000 employees worldwide. J’ai débuté ma carrière professionnelle dans l’entreprise SECOTOOLS Reaming en tant qu’opérateur sur machine numérique, après avoir évolué à différents postes allant de la mise en œuvre de machine outils à la qualité, l’environnement, je suis devenu chef d’une équipe de 10 personnes. Depuis novembre 2017, j’ai accepté le poste de responsable de production. J’ai en charge une équipe de 15 personnes et je suis en parallèle « local change leader » dans le programme « PU transformation ». Cela fait 20 ans que je travaille pour cette entreprise de 40 salariés qui fait partie du groupe suédois « SECOTOOLS » représentant 5000 salariés dans le monde.
