With 4 years of experience in the administration of information systems in companies, I am always listening to new opportunities. During my engineering studies (5 years at ISEP (Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris)), I followed the course "Networks and Services". This specialization has allowed me to acquire a lot of knowledges and skills in this area, including administration and configuration of CISCO equipments. My many professional and associative experiences also allowed me to acquire various skills: a first internship of 4 months and a half in digital communication agency allowed me to obtain a first expertise in technical project management as well as in Web development ; a second 6-month internship as a telephone manager within Dalkia allowed me to expand my scope and acquire new management and organizational skills Involved over three years in association, whether in sports association to solicit sponsors or in association job-service as customer manager and president, I learned for example to manage budgets or to improve my customer relationship. During my professional experience in the Brussels area (since 2018), I learned to manage all the different aspects of a company's IT environment on a daily basis in a rigorous and autonomous way. Responsible for the various BeLux sites, I am a flexible person who over time has improved my sense of priorities and responsibilities. Certified Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, I learned how to manage corporate IT assets, including hardware assets (control, life cycles, automated deployments with Autopilot, remote administration via Microsoft Intune and physical hardware management) as well as license pools (management of Office 365 user accounts, Azure AD identities and all software parts of the Microsoft 365 product). I also developed my skills in the management of a corporate network, in the support provided to users, as well as in recurring professional contacts, whether with partner suppliers or with my internal customers.
