Pieter Declercq

As an associate at PATRIZIA AG and student at IE Business School, I have been working hard to become a pragmatic person capable of solving complicated issues. Having lived, worked and studied in different cities enabled me to gather a solid multidisciplinary foundation of knowledge as well as an open and international mindset. A sustained engagement in various extracurricular activities enabled me to develop strong communication and leadership skills. Propelled by my drive to excel, I prefer to work a demanding schedule and perform well under pressure. My “can-do” mentality, problem-solving capabilities, ability to work in three languages (Dutch, French, and English), and willingness to work hard are key elements that will help me reach my goal. In short, I am a result-oriented real estate professional thriving in fast-paced environments with a passion for technology, sustainability and people.
