Closely review all LE (Loan Estimate) and CD (Closing Discloser) for TRID Comparison with respect of fees offered and charged to borrower. Check and review closely the Title policy, Note, Mortgage (DOT), Borrower identity disclosures and Closing Instruction through the Buyer and Seller information provided. Evaluates files thoroughly to ensure files are documented and properly authorized per bank policy and procedures, as well as, ensuring the file meets all regulatory standards Perform note checks as quality control for loans uploaded. Provide support to company initiatives and cross-functional workgroups as needed.
