Responsible for managing bids generally in response to request for proposals (RFPs) from customers, but also as proactive pursuits for business.  Strongly supporting and working well with over 35 satisfied business developers, in addition to other stakeholders (legal, AIFA, insurance, ETSG, etc) on the project team with a strong reputation of good performance among them.  Establish a robust set of Key Performance Project Documentation, Project Pipeline that can be used as a tool to measure the growth in the Business Development Department.
