I am responsible for preparing entire export documentation (postpaid shipment, commercial invoice and packing list). Communication with consignee by mail. Handling all the operation of overseas/air export FCL & LCL shipment Co-ordination with CHA and Nominations agents. Co-ordination with CHA for shipment status ok and custom formalities. Follow up with CHA and Nominations agents for timely stuffing handover and documents of the Shipment BL draft , MBL& HBL follow up with CHA & nomination agents Handled the task of coordination daily shipping activities and maintained good relationship with worker, CHA and Consignee.
