Assist in review of financial and internal controls to determine whether such controls are adequate to meet management objectives and ensure the safeguarding of assets and recommends security and system control procedures. Perform security reviews for technical components (Operating Systems and Databases) of the client’s IT environment. Identify the client’s business processes and make combined risk assessments to support the financial audit opinion. Assist in the planning and execution of audits to ensure the company's processes are in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Perform IT General and applications reviews to ensure adequacy and efficiency of operating, security, compliance and financial procedures established for IT control purposes. Prepare reports based upon audit findings, audit documentation, and client responses and effectively communicate audit findings via update meetings and closing conferences with management personnel.
