My background has been in, leading application development in the SAP space with core focus on CRM , Sales and Distribution and Retail. I also have exposure to other industry domains like public sector ,health and leasing. I have led teams in this space delivering large pieces of work but I am also a hands-on developer and have extensive experience in building applications within SAP platform. I have recently got certified in MS dynamics platform and MS Power Platform, because I think this is an exciting space and potentially an enabler of many digital solutions to come and I think Power apps offers a fun way to quickly tie up things in the Microsoftverse and deliver functioning apps. My other focus has been doing Solution architecture work for Digital commerce. Here I have been involved in many facets of ecommerce processes such as Multichannel rough stock and delivery time indicators, Payment platform integration , Fraud management, B2C Loyalty , Dynamic Order Management , Delivery Tracking and Customer service for Retail. Most of my work in this space has been API development from core SAP backend systems, for consumption by digital platforms usually built on AWS. I have recently begun to skill up on SAP Commerce Cloud primarily in a functional capacity and I also try to keep myself updated on offerings from other vendors like Salesforce and Microsoft ,mostly by reading through product fact sheets or talking to industry experts.
