I Praseedha VS, Chartered Accountant, Qualified in 2005 from ICAI. My exposure is mostly into statutory Audits and Internal Audits of the client’s Financial statements & led the many audits in different sectors like from listed entities, Govt. Organisations & Power & Electricity sector clients etc. I am well versed in IFRS & IAS. I have very good at MS applications. My prime responsibilities include, client management, team management, supervision of the Audit Assignments, Managing the timelines, ensuring the quality of the Audit files and delivering value to the clients. I have led the many audits in different sectors. My clients range from listed entities, Government organisations, Banking clients and Power and Electricity sector clients etc. I am well versed in International Financial Reporting Standards and Auditing standards. I have very good at MS applications. I have very good Business Acumen and client leadership which was well appreciated by the EY executives.
