Precious Dube

Lam an detail oriented, prompt-to-do and highly responsible hospitality professional with over 4 years experience working in different hospitality set ups including 4 and 5 star hotels. With that l have gained a vast knowledge in organization, leadership, guest relations, customer service, event planning and co-ordination. L am currently working at Montgomery Gardens Lodge where l oversee the day to day running of the establishment. In this role, l lead a team of 15 personnel from the reception, food and beverage, housekeeping and maintenance departments. Working with the team has been refreshing and eye opening and we have experienced a reduction of staff turnover by at least 75% due to our training and recognition approach. Before Montgomery Gardens, l worked for Faircity Quatermain Hotel where l gained more experience in front of house operations and guest relations. L was responsible for the daily check-in of and check-outs averaging 50-100 rooms as well as switchboard operation, reservations, compliant handling, payments ,liaising with different departments and other adhoc responsibilities. L also worked for Heritage Le Telfair and Tsogosun Beacon Island Resort which helped in my integration of theory learnt in graduate school with practical and further strengthened my customer service, problem solving, communication and guest relations skills.
