Effectively recruited IT Professionals in a time-sensitive environment. • Located potential candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, networking, and available job portals. • Analyzing the requirement specifications. • Sourcing, Searching, identifying consultants using job boards like Dice & Monster and Internal Database. • Filtered through and reviewed completed candidate profile/resume and evaluated applicant’s work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications against open requirements. • Judging the communication and suitability of the candidate for the related position by telephonic Interviews. • Presented qualified candidates to the Business Development Manager/Resource manager for further steps. • Negotiating the rates with the vendors including hourly, per day and annual on W2/1099/C2C. • Responsible for complete cycle of recruiting from submitting resume, follow up calls, scheduling interview and if he get selected finishing up with paper work.
