I enjoy being a part of an organization that is investing in their employees and pushes them to be innovative and genuine. I look for leaders that have integrity, are forward-looking, are inspiring, and are competent, the four factors that I believe create great leaders. I value being people-focused and collaborative to drive the best possible solutions.My current role is to keep learning something new everyday. I am currently working to improve my understanding of cloud computing and how it is a catalyst for business development. I do this by working on a certification from Microsoft on Azure fundamentals. Additionally, I am working on a Google Digital Workshop certification on the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing.
