I am also an excellent presenter and communicator with good interpersonal skills. I am motivated by the need to deliver results and have excellent achievements in project and programme management, academic and health policy research, quality improvement and governance. I have a dynamic personality, strong organisational and negotiation skills and a flare for finding new ways of improving individual, team and organisational effectiveness. I am as comfortable at a Board meeting as I am heading a charity or delivering a project.
