Over 10 years' experience in managing diverse projects across different industries in Brazil and abroad, managing multidisciplinary teams, including technology department, products and operations. My main focus today is the technology industry, Project Management, Customer Success, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. As Project Manager for new business development at Brasilinvest for over 4 years, I've conducted negotiations with multinational companies aiming to invest in the Brazilian territory. During this period, out team developed business strategies, market assessment, business plan ans expansion. Broad experience in mapping requirements to provide betterment on software quality, identifying and reporting bugs, requests and communication with technical department for betterment on new functionalities, translating the customer's needs and demands. Applying agile methodologies, utilizing kanban and trello, by prioritizing itens with directors and stakeholders. My professional experience also includes over 10 years in hospitality from Operations Manager, Events Coordinator, Venue Manager, and Cabin Crew for Qatar Airways. Living abroad for over fifteen years between United States, Japan, Middle East, and Australia has developed my adaptability, cultural consciousness, as well as business and people management and development.
