I am a professional who values high performance, collaboration, efficency, improvement, and professionalism. I am a dedicated Social Services Director at this time with a strong background in: helping at risk youth, adults, and elderly mental health, drug abuse, social service programs, long term health care, brain injured adults, clinical case management, and the criminal justice system. I am motivated to create collaborative team environments by using vast background in the organization of employee training and team building events. I am very determined to try my best at with all responsibilities I take on. I am always looking for different ways I can promote positive change in any environment I work in.
