My experience spans across the entire gamut of Training Resources (Organisational Development) functions right from Training Strategies, Training Planning, Individual and Organisational development, Counselling, Train the trainer and research and continuous learning in training related activities.Training and Dancing are the 2 passions of my life I have key specializations in handling Organization Development (OD) initiatives and projects such as Employee Engagement (Talent Management, Career Planning, Leadership Pipeline and Employee Participation Programs), Organization Change Management, Organization Design and Re-structuring Projects, Corporate Training Delivery and Content Development, and E-Learning Initiatives.Training calendar creation and budgeting etc.I have also worked on developing unique modules on senior managers for leadership training programmes. And also 40 plus customized modules.Building content and delivering corporate training programs. I have done more than 1500 soft skill development programs and more than 1000 counselling and individual training to create a shift in perspective to make the individual more competent at his life and work, giving consistent personalized guidelines to train his body mind and spirit.The desire to understand Enlightenment in an “Original Perspective” has made my life and work unique, and innovative in every new time-space-setting.
