As a seasoned legal professional the experience encompasses from Traditional Practice to Legal Integrated Services. Recent history involves a role where I have not just created a blueprint for the service model of 24*7 legal-tech facilitation i.e. Legal service support to the Transport & Logistics Ecosystem of our Country but had led the legal Service deliveries catering to the needs of needy. Recognized as a process formalist and executioner, I enjoy identifying gaps, recommend enhancements, and foster collaborations, leveraging my intellectual curiosity and multidisciplinary knowledge. At the Personal front, I prioritise creating a progressive work environment that is built on fairness, trust, teamwork, integrity & values to enable smooth delivery of the client focused services considering their legal needs may not be merely limited to their legal requirement & there can be more to it. Drawing on my experiences and skill-set, I excel in amicable conflict & dispute resolutions, legal counselling & consulting. It helps me doing the Client’s advocacy. In fact, my active involvement in legal-tech innovation, comes from the drive to provide the clients with realistic cost-effective solutions with a profound sense of trust and assurance for their unique needs. Client satisfaction remains a cornerstone of my working style, as I empathise with their concerns and craft legal strategies to their nuanced needs. This Skill and ability to understand diverse client sentiments bolsters my success and I believe it shall continue to do so.
