I'm a retired Army Master Sergeant with a 17 year career as a Quality Management Executive and corporate consultant focusing on business processes and management. I have had a strong focus on training throughout my career, whether as a Drill Instructor, corporate Director of Training, or developer and instructor of executive level trainer programs with ISO 9000. As a member of management, an auditor, or consultant I have worked with executives and managers of companies such as Wal-Mart, Kroger, Publix, Ford, Delco, Toyota and government agencies such as DoD and Homeland Security. I have experience managing and coordinating with international management teams in several countries, both in my military and corporate careers. I'm dedicated to helping fellow veterans succeed, having come from a military family including my father, stepfather, uncle, three brothers and sister, as well as my son and several nephews and nieces, many with combat experience. My brother is a Commander of the American Legion Post in Newberry, SC as well as the VA Representative for Newberry County. I am a counselor and member of the Lexington, KY chapter of SCORE (sponsored by the SBA). I'm the regional director in the Commonwealth of Kentucky for a 501(c)3 Veteran's Outreach and am a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels for recognition of promoting military history via my 1860 museum.
