An enthusiastic and passionate IT Helpdesk whose technical skills are often appreciated. As of my current role at Telstra, I have a good knowledge of working on 22 different softwares and applications to assist Field Technicians in porting services from ADSL to NBN. My mission is to deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer’s issues within the minimum time frame utilising my problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the most efficiency. My skills are not only limited to technical skills of using softwares like BMC Remedy, NBN Co Portal, Siebel, and Maxim. Those skills are widely opened to some basic designing skills as well. As a creative designer and animator, I hold a good knowledge of working on Adobe Suite and have had experience of working with the other designers, developers and clients to produce requirements and specifications that accurately reflect business needs. I aim to achieve all my KPIs within the stipulated time, resources and to align my personal goals with the strategies and ethics of the organisation. Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Deakin University. I am currently looking for a long-term full-time opportunity as an IT helpdesk where I can showcase my transferable skills and develop my skill set further by learning from the great minds and the organisations of the industry whilst growing within the team.
