Currently working with Twinings Private Limited Procurement Manager (Indirects). I have developed interest and skills with knowledge over the years in key areas of Procurement , G&S , Supplier Sourcing , Development of Ethical Suppliers which helped me to bring cost reduction approaches and visibile profitability to the organization. Past experiences as Co-ordinator - Supply Chain Co-ordination / Demand Planing / MIS reporting skills. Below is the snapshot on the areas of my roles and responsibility. 1. Responsible sourcing for all indirect categories as per business requirements (Marketing/Point of Sale/Point of Purchase , Travel Category) 2. Support on Purchases pertaining to Maintenance and Repairs of the Factory, Capex (Machinery and Engineering requirements), IT (Hardware and Software), Office Supplies with the Departmental heads. 3. Develop relationships with key suppliers and identify potential suppliers. 4. Responsible for carrying out and analyzing RFPs (Request for proposal), RFQs (Request for Quotation) and RFI (Request for Information), negotiating rates with suppliers, maintaining relationships with both internal and external key stake holders. This Enables low cost sourcing for the local/global business units. 5. Vendor Management ( Evaluation / Risk Mitigation plans) 6. Work as a member of ABF (Associated British Food) worldwide procurement team. 7. Work within given broad objectives to improve business processes. 8. Qualified for audit checks on Suppliers for (Social and Ethical Compliance) as per global business requirements. My interaction and communication skills with both, the domestic as well as the International clients’ will certainly be an added advantage.
