Quanay Calvert

Hello! I recently graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and a minor in Gender and Women Studies. During my last semester I got the opportunity to work as an intern for GEAR UP Georgia as an accountability partner helping homeless and foster care children finish high school and prepare for college. Over the years I have been able to work closely with Kennesaw State University's Women's Resource Center, the Department of Student Leadership and Service, and the Student Activities Budget Advisory Committee. I have over 2 years of experience with program planning, healthcare services, and leadership. I have a passion for serving underrepresented communities through creating programs that help the community. During my senior year I decided to take a leap of faith to fulfill my passion and start a non-profit called Project Pampered. Our mission is to provide personal care services to help women in need build their confidence and reach their fullest potential. I cant wait to further explore my passion and through my career!
