Quentin Scalisi

Seeking a long term professional experience. I am currently studying at a French engineering school (ESIAB) towards a Master’s Degree. As part of my training, I have the opportunity to achieve a gap year. That is why I am applying for an assignement starting in March 2015. My school, specialised in microbiology, toxicology, bacteriology and mycology is teaching me knowledge in food safety, food products quality, regulations (ISO, IFS, HACCP, BCR standards) and audit processing. These competences are complemented with management, communication and administration skills developing operational abilities to have a management position in the field of food quality. Available from March 2015, I would be glad to bring my collaboration to a company. Establishing quality methods, HACCP approach, or other actions related to quality are missions that can be entrusted to me. Further information is available on my CV.
