Quenton Pham

My profound interest in medicine and science alongside my compassionate, empathetic nature has led me down this path of healthcare and nursing; but caring for the elderly was something that came to me relatively recently. Assisted living homes were my only options during the pandemic to gain experience and make an impact on my community. I specialize in memory care: Alzheimer’s and advanced dementia patients who require significant direct care. My ability to connect with the patients on an emotional level is the secret to success when providing them care that they need. Although it is difficult for them to formulate thoughts and control things that we take for granted, their emotional understanding remains. Thus, I want to capitalize on my abilities, knowledge, and drive to reshape the healthcare system in a way that improves the quality of life for our ever increasing older population. Although my life is quite busy and chaotic at times, I still indulge in a multitude of hobbies: I love digital art, music production and film production; I can play the guitar and piano; I love to cook a variety of foods, sometimes experimenting by fusing Asian foods with other cultures; and I am considered a gym rat. I strive to be ever evolving and never complacent with my abilities. I am relentless in my pursuit to learn and experience everything the world has to offer in the time I have on this earth.
