My name is Quint, and I am currently studying Human Resource Management at the Avans Academie in Den Bosch. As a growing professional, I am motivated to develop my skills. At school, I have specialized in HR analytics, terms of employment, and communication techniques such as NLP. In my professional life, I have worked in large teams and developed my experienced in managing projects and project teams. My skills in coming up with creative solutions to challenges using data analytics and applying these proactively within the organization are constantly developing. Within my work, I specialize in managing large teams and have done so successfully. Over several running productions, I successfully managed a team of over 120 freelancers. With hard work, I have achieved great success with my projects showing to over 5 million people on youtube, and over 750.000 have seen my work on servers. By doing this, I met incredible people from all over the world. People around me describe me as hard-working, creative, and developing.
