Quinten Verheyen

I have been into IT for 10+ years of which I was mostly a software programmer. Did team leading for 3 years, a year of product management and a couple of years as test automation engineer as well. The last few years I'm working on Medical Imaging software testing engineering.I discovered my talents and interests are also in the domain of psychology and people care, for which I'm doing regular self-education (basics but also family constellations) and voluntary work.The combination of IT and Psychology was also a discovery. If you have skills and passion in both, within Agile teams you can make that work, as long as you have strong people leadership supporting ownership.On the side, I studied philosophy for a few years, which helped generally on conceptual analysis of many problems, but my true passion and talents are in the domain of people care.
