(Tapukara, Rajasthan) Responsibilities: • Managing manufacturing procedures like production operation, lean production planning and monitoring the welding process like Robotic Spot Welding, Projection Welding, Manual Spot welding, and manual MIG welding. • Responsible to ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, quality & safety standards and policies. • Organize and allocate resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently. • Identify deficiencies in production area, propose improvement activities, and oversee implementation of actions to improve production performance. • Manage the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams. • Monitor and review the material consumption and manpower cost with respect to budgeted figures and analyze the reasons for the same. • Quick troubleshooting during running cycle to reduce downtime. • Ensuring all the parameters of production areas like Delivery, Cost & Quality are achieved as per desired specification and cycle time. • Analysis of rejection reworks productivity & takes appropriate counter measure wherever required and stand for smooth flow of material handling preservation and storage during process. • Improving work efficiency and productivity(SPP) through TPM implementation, actual Time study, Manpower training and active participation of people for kaizen and improvement activities. • Coordination with Maintenance for trouble shooting of online Jigs & Fixtures problems. • Implement & Ensuring Shop Floor Practices like, 5-S, Man Power Rotation, Wastage Elimination, and Team works. • Working for Zero-Accident in Production line through imparting trainings to operators and making them aware of safety and work instructions. • Handle Internal-External customer audits. • Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
