A result–driven, energetic and enthusiastic manager commercially focused with outstanding customer service and management expertise. Currently a Head of Delivery for an Apprenticeship deliverer, helping learners and clients achieve their maximum potential across HR, L&D and Coaching programs. I am responsible for the build and overall delivery of all programs plus managing a rapidly growing team of Performance Managers, Skill coaches and Specialist Trainers, Previously an Area Director for RBS helping deliver customer focused service and offering alternative ways to bank. I ensure my team deliver an outstanding customer experience along with the delivery of income targets whilst ensuring all relevant risk & control policies and procedures are adhered to.
