Rachel Dainton

I chose to study Human Resources and Public Relations because I thoroughly enjoy working with people. Both personally and professionally I seek out environments and opportunities that allow me to work closely with others. However, I am conscientious and self-motivated which enables me to work very well independently. I am passionate about the empowerment and motivation of others. I believe in the importance of creating collaborative, energetic and successful workplaces. I value interpersonal relationships, communication, integrity, respect, self-reflection, challenges, hard work and excellence. Outside the workplace, I enjoy team sports, social gatherings, singing and painting. My goal is to invest my unique interpersonal skills, energetic personality, loyalty and passion for the Human Resources function in an organisation that challenges and inspires its employees. I have a broad range of interests from non-profit to corporate and from health to hospitality. Ultimately I am driven to become an expert in my chosen fields, make a difference and never stop learning.
