I’m a HR professional with an interest in building the most effective workforces possible. For close to 4 years, I’ve conducted new hire onboarding for new employees, coordinated interviews for potential candidates, supported the performance review process, help push-out certain HR initiatives, completed off-boarding for departing employees and administered exit interviews. I have a history of working working in agencies, non-profit organizations, digital marketing firms and staffing firms. I’m passionate about the people of an organization. Employees are the engine of businesses and it’s vital to create cultures in which they can thrive. As a human resources professional, I know how important my role is in regards to business success. I also know the importance in retaining those employees who bring success to the business. Which is why I have a passion in conducing employee engagement surveys, to see ways in which we can keep employees feeling supported and heard.
