Rachel Louise Connell

I obtained a first class honours degree from the University of Sunderland in Accounting and Finance. Between my second and third year of university I took a year out to complete a one year industrial placement in the Finance Department at City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust. Here I looked after payroll working in the finance team, and I also worked with the income team on projects to bring money into the hospital. While I completed my degree I worked part time in the Finance Department at the hospital looking after some of the projects on the income team. In my spare time I am very passionate about travelling and swimming. I am a qualified swim teacher holding an ASA coaching certificate and licence.
