Rachel Tipping

From working in a high pressure, high workload and target driven Shared Service environment to providing HR support on a site dedicated to the national security of the UK, I am confident in applying and coaching managers and colleagues through HR legislation and policy within the workplace. With a wide range of HR experience developed in a variety of industries – Retail, IT, UK defense and Engineering; I have a keen interest in HR and well developed people skills. I relish being able to resolve HR cases correctly in an empathetic and fair way. Outgoing, methodical, analytical and approachable I facilitate strong team development and can build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. I have a well rounded experience of the following HR areas in both a transactional and policy/advice capacity: Reward, Learning and Development, Vacancy Admin, Retail and Graduate Recruitment, Appraisals and Performance, Payroll, Pensions, Data and MI, HR systems, TUPE, redundancy, consultations and the employee lifecycle.
