Rachelle R. Green

Rachelle Green is an experienced litigator focused on commercial litigation; employment and trade secret disputes; contract and shareholder disputes; and intellectual property and technology law. Rachelle analyzes the options to resolve client disputes outside the courtroom and frequently devises strategies to accomplish her clients’ goals through negotiation. When litigation will be most effective, she aggressively advocates for Cervenka Green’s clients both locally and nationally. Her experience includes successful trials in state and federal courts and arbitrations outside the region; she has briefed and argued appeals in the RI Supreme Court and the United States Appeals Court for the First Circuit. She remains in the forefront of the latest technological efficiencies that benefit her clients and is a frequent speaker on issues at the forefront of employment law, cybersecurity, and IP/technology law.
