Throughout my career I have gained years’ experience in high volume production, Project management and managing large group of team members of over 220 staff and Managers within a Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment in the food factories and airline catering sector, I have four years of experience managing corporate contracts and four years in the retail catering industry. My experience expands to building a sound relationship with the customers Over-seeing the production of 80,000 meals is a normal day’s work for me. My skills include all areas of food safety from supply to production and delivery. I have a sound knowledge of food safety management, material management, people management, lean management and continuous improvement.
