Diplomee en Ingenieurie de la chaine logistique (Master 2), j'ai eut à occuper la fonction de CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT au sein de Damco Senegal de Mars 2016 à Decembre 2018. Durant cette periode, j'effectuais les operations douanieres de Philip Morris et Orica aussi bien pour le maritime que pour l'aerien. Apres la livraison des conteneurs ou colis, je me chargais aussi de facturer les dossiers et de les transmettre aux clients. En somme, j'ai une bonne experience sur le dedouanement et la livraison des conteneurs, le warehouse, et les exports maritimes et routiers. Je suis actuellement SCM CARE AGENT à Maersk et mes taches et clients n'ont pas reellement changé sinon un client de plus (GCO) dont je gere les operations a l'export maritime.
