Raheem Martin

Civil Engineer, Non-Profit Founder, Professional Organizer, Strategic Planner, and Executive Assistant looking for engineering or project management position to continue my interest of engineering, problem solving, and community development. My expertise are multifaceted, consisting of engineering design; developing programs; planning and facilitating events; supervising and leading large groups; canvasing and campaigning; engaging with people, data base management, entry and analysis; and social media management. I have honed these expertise through previous work experiences such as an Engineering Intern for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Office Managing for Prolific Auto Group LLC. I have also been able to cultivate my skills through founding and managing two community based organization "Harrisburg Organization for Minority Enrichment" and "Harrisburg to HBCUs", leading and supervising over 100 student volunteers in mission trips during for Howard University's Alternative Spring Break and Day of Service, and through my volunteering efforts internationally in Cuba as well as Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I am continuing to advance myself through education through obtaining my second degree at York College of Pennsylvania where I am obtaining my Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering as a degree candidate of their cutting edge Civil Engineering program at the Kinsley College of Engineering.
