I am result oriented team leader with multifaceted and accelerated exposure in Warranty Management, New Product Quality, Total Quality Management and Product Validation in GCC, SAARC and North Africa. As part of Ashok Leyland International Operations team, I have developed strategies for Warranty Management in GCC and SAARC. Driving product improvements and achieving benchmark level of Unscheduled Visit and Warranty Cost reduction for Commercial Vehicles. As key Member of New Product introduction team, I had developed product validation protocols for Passenger Vehicles in Light and Heavy Commercial Vehicles. These new products have been growth driver for Ashok Leyland in GCC. Over the years, I would describe my integrity and adaptability as the two most fundamental values that I cherish. The dynamic and challenging work environment at Ashok Leyland has helped me capitalize on my core strengths – namely critical and integrative thinking, attention to details, excellent communication / presentation skill, a performance driven outlook and relationship building (teamwork) skills.
