About
I am a social impact professional with over a decade of experience in the fields of education, climate action, and gender equality. I currently work as the Associate Vice President for Organisation Capacity Building at Arthan Foundation, where I support two work streams: Climate Asia and Equilead Lab.Climate Asia is a platform that bridges the talent gap in the climate ecosystem in Asia by preparing the future workforce for climate careers and providing organisational development support, funding opportunities, news and thought leadership for grassroot climate organisations.Equilead Lab is an initiative that aims to accelerate women's leadership growth by fostering gender-inclusive workplaces that are sensitive and conducive to the career progression of women and other gender minorities. We offer gender integration training, mentoring, and networking opportunities for individuals and organisations. In both these work streams, I apply my skills of capacity building, program design, leadership building, strategy, and operations to create impactful solutions for the social and environmental challenges we face today.Prior to joining Arthan Foundation, I worked with Teach For India for nine years, where I led Program Strategy for the Fellowship program in Delhi along with leading program design and operations, coaching and leading teams and sourcing crucial partnerships.I am passionate about creating positive impact in the world and learning from diverse perspectives and experiences. I am always open to new opportunities and collaborations that align with my vision and values. Feel free to connect with me if you are interested in working together or exchanging ideas.
