Rajiv has over 25 years experience in management of diverse range of programmes, projects and change management in both the private & public sectors in United Kingdom & abroad. Within the private sector, as Director of Operations, Rajiv led the delivery of laboratory Information Management Systems to the Water, Dairy, Food, Pharmaceutical and oil industries across United Kingdom, Mainland Europe, Middle East, South Africa and India. Rajiv subsequently worked at the Commission for Health Improvement, as a Programme Manager, being involved in the scheduling, reviewing and reporting of the Clinical Governance Reviews of the healthcare providers in England and Wales.Rajiv has provided Praxis Framework, Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Change Management, Managing Successful Programmes and PRINCE2, training to: several NHS Acute, Mental and Ambulance Trusts; Commissioning Support Units and Clinical Commissioning Groups; Local Authorities including county, city and borough councils; motor, water and electricity companies; university and colleges; voluntary sector and police authorities. Rajiv mentored globally the first two colleagues to achieve their Chartered Project Manager Awards from Association of Project Management (APM) via the APMG International accredited Praxis Professional route.Rajiv has provided consultancy on portfolio, programme, project and change management to several organisations within telecommunication, electricity, health, local government & various Police Authorities. As part of these initiatives, Rajiv has supported the development of Portfolio Offices, corporate methodologies, guidance on the use of these and training material. To establish long standing capabilities within an organisation, Rajiv would prefer to create tailored course materials and to ’train the trainers’, rather than train all the staff.Rajiv has worked with Coventry University & Institute of Directors, in their ‘Coventry Means Business’ initiative, as a mentor supporting young entrepreneurs in the development of their business ideas.
