Rajvin Gill

With almost a decade of post-qualified experience in corporate and commercial law, I am the managing partner at Rajvin Gill & Co., a law practice specialising in contractual matters, mergers and acquisitions, government and public policies related projects, and oil and gas legal advisory. I have a Master of Laws degree from the University of London, with a focus on commercial and corporate law. I have led and completed numerous acquisition exercises in various industries, including automotive, plantations, and oil and gas. My experience ranges from conducting legal due diligence, drafting complex corporate agreements, and overseeing corporate negotiations. I have also advised the Government of Malaysia on projects of national interest, such as (amongst others) the Feasibility Study on New Direction of Tolled Highways, Formulation of the National Geospatial Masterplan, and the Preparation of Integrated River Basin Management Plans for key rivers in Malaysia. I bring a broad and diverse experience in complex and challenging legal matters, and I am passionate about delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to my clients.
