In my current role as Manager BI & Analytics at Rogers Communications, I lead a team of software/data developers and data analysts to deliver financial data enhancements, maintain data integrity and accuracy, and extract business KPIs to support business reporting. Previously, I worked at TELUS Business Solutions, where I contributed to the success of multiple initiatives, including a $3.2M CAD project to transform billing systems for Electronic Medical Records for 80 TELUS-supported clinics and hospitals. My educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science (specializing in Bioinformatics) from VIT University, where I graduated with distinction.
