Veteran to Hospitality Industry carrying 19 years job National & International experiencent.1999 started with Oberoi Tower Mumbai ( 3 month), Ambassador Hotel church gate Mumbai ( 8 months), Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines- USA- Miami ( February 2000 to May 2012).June 2012 joined Carlson Rezidor Hotels Group- India- Nagpur as a Food and Beverage Service Operational Head. 2013 took lead to Hotel Training and Development Head- have Enriched Training and Development methodology at unit with back to basics , effectively incorporated TNA, RTT, TTT, 70:20:10 principal, kinaesthetic Practicals, Behavioural workshops, PADP, IDP implementations etc.More Essential Funtions- * Regularly conducting orientation sessions and arranging on-the-job training for new hires and other employees.* Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.* Develop testing and evaluation procedures.* Conduct or arrange for on going technical training and personal development classes for staff members.* Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.* Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.* Product knowledge check, Grooming guidelines, Telephone etiquettes, Behavioural instructions, self presence * MTD YTD Training budgets track* Technical trainings by HODs of respective department monthly track* Guest Satisfaction index, three hours per employee per month training hours targetedthe above are some and most of the daily- monthly key performances undertaken.
