Accountable for establishing program and project governance frameworks for large-scale enterprise and multi-divisional transformational IT business systems. Ensure proposed return-on-investment objectives and business value are materialized through programs and projects, with a focus on the organization's future directions and objectives. Background: Over fifteen years of experience in project delivery domain ranging from project/ program management and managing project management office. Responsible for establishment of Program Governance, overseeing projects and directing project executions based on IT standards and project management best practices. Other responsibilities included improving project and program management maturity and contributing to the IT Business strategy.
