Hi, I am Ramlal, an IT Project Manager by profession and PRINCE2 Certified Practitioner having 17+ years of vast experience in Project Management, Business Process Re-engineering, System Analysis, IT Operations and Team Management. Currently associated with IBM India as a Project Manager. Before IBM I was associated with Streebo and managing onshore and offshore IT projects of valuable clients. And in my early journey before Streebo, I was an IT Project Manager / Head of IT at Adarsh Credit, where I managed all the core applications and IT infra. At Adarsh I had successfully delivered some of the critical projects like SAP Core Banking system, which was the first implementation in India, and IBM Mobility based mobile applications for Agents and Customers. I am passionate about translating project visions and objectives into reality, offering tangible results in line with client expectations and ensure that all the projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope. My recent successes include: • AI based Chatbot implementation for the largest no-reserve Internet auction firm in the USA. • Mobile Application & Chatbot implementation for a Government organization of a middle-east country. I am adept with multiple project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and Scrum. My expertise extends to budget management, stakeholder management, team management and risk management.
