I am a U.S qualified health professional and fitness enthusiast. I guide people to achieve superior quality of life through functional fitness. Combining exercise science and sports nutrition to provide the masses with effective program design that helps them achieve their goals is the key in my programs. Most of my qualifications in health, fitness and nutrition are from the most renowned institutions of USA, South Asia and Pakistan. I specialize in GX, Crossfit and PT as well and currently I am managing the GX department of Engine Health and Fitness. I believe that fitness industry is radically evolving, that's why I read scholarly articles regularly to stay updated. Designing bootcamps, projecting sales, training students one on one, creating marketing strategies, developing team building exercises is part of my work profile as well.
