Randy Croft, Ed.D

Over 25 years in education, pastoral leadership, and military service, Randy Croft has extensive experience in building cohesive, diverse, and mission-driven teams. He holds a Doctor of Education degree from Liberty University (Educational Leadership) with focused research on military student persistence and family support. Since 2003, Randy has served on active duty as an Air Force chaplain, Installation Chaplain, Deputy Wing Chaplain, Wing Chaplain, and currently as Chief, Air Force Chaplain Accessions. In this capacity, he directs and manages worldwide chaplain recruiting and accessions plans, programs, and policies. He is responsible for all active duty chaplain accessions and coordinates with Air Force Reserve Command and Air National Guard to ensure Total Force chaplain recruiting integration as well as faith group balance and diversity. Additionally, he serves as a liaison to the Armed Forces Chaplains Board and over 250 Department of Defense ecclesiastical endorsers. Prior to military service, he spent four years as a high school teacher and college adjunct communications instructor. Ordained by Grace Place (nondenominational) church (Berthoud, CO), Randy has been active in several international medical mission projects (Russia, Zambia, and Jamaica), and community food bank initiatives. He has deployed 3 times in support of overseas contingency operations.
