Randy Zwirn

Randy H Zwirn is CEO, Energy Service Division of Siemens AG, Energy Sector, a position he assumed in January 2008. He also serves as President and CEO of Siemens Energy, Inc., with regional responsibility for the overall Energy Sector in the Americas. Prior to his most recent position, Zwirn was a member of the Group Executive Management of the Siemens Power Generation Group, a position he held since 1998. Prior to 1998, Zwirn served as President of the Power Generation business of Westinghouse Electric Corporation, a position he was appointed to in January 1996. Siemens acquired the Westinghouse Power Generation business in 1998. Zwirn joined Westinghouse Electric in 1976 and has spent most of his career in positions of increasing responsibility within the Power Generation and Energy businesses. Zwirn recently joined the Board of Directors, of MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc., a NYSE listed company. He previously served on the US Export Import Bank Advisory Board, Georgia Tech Advisory Board, Governor’s Council of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission, Board of Directors of AREVA, USA and The University of Central Florida Foundation. Zwirn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Brooklyn College.
