My brother and I used our mother's life insurance money to fulfill her dream of buying the agency she worked for before her passing. We took over a failing book of business in April 2013 and have built it up to a consistently growing agency. We were awarded honor ring, certified commercial and circle of champions, all within our first year of business as a scratch agency. We have done so, completely by referrals and servicing our customer's needs. As my brother moved into corporate to teach other agencies how to do what we have done, I am took over the agency myself and will continue to grow the book using our same processes. Under my ownership, I reached Inner Circle Elite and all preceding awards as well. I sold my agency in 2015 and took a position in Los Angeles, launching Allstate agencies inside car dealerships. I successfully launched 3 scratch agencies into million dollar books of business agencies all within their first 3 years. Also winning Inner Circle Elite. Feeling at a standpoint in my career, having successfully launched 5 agencies from scratch, I was seeking something new. I took on a position of an Insurance Educator for ExamFX. Upon retirement of my superior, I applied for her position and landed that role. Which required me to move back to my hometown of Chicago, IL. I am currently the Live School Manager for ExamFX. I manage 27 instructors nationwide that teach both in person and Live Online. I also teach about 30% of the time. We are currently launching a large securities project for 2020 in which I am largely involved in. I am dedicated to work consistently towards new goals. I want to continuously hit and exceed the goals we set for our office, as well as personal goals I set for myself while leading a strong sales team.
