Fortunate to have spent 20 years in an industry that is constantly evolving, started in Direct Marketing/CRM and grew with the digital and social transformation, building a considerable digital skillset to apply all the strategic knowledge to most of today business challenges. With proven experience in strategic planning and consulting, has developed CRM, Content and Digital/Social strategies both at a local and global level, for brands and companies such as Vodafone, Beiersdorf, Procter&Gamble, Unilever, Masterfoods, Nestlé, Phillip Morris, Danone, GSK, Ford, Microsoft, Accenture. Firm believer in the power of data driven insights that fuel big ideas, was part of teams that won multiple local and global awards, highlighting 2 important distinctions: Bronze Lion in Cannes in 2004 and in 2013 the Grand Prix at the National Effie Awards. Passionate about teaching, is an invited lecturer at Universidade Europeia (Laureate Universities) in Digital Strategy, Mobile Marketing in the Executive Master in Digital Marketing) and Customer Journeys in the Executive Master em Innovation Management. Is also trainer at the National Advertisers Association Academy, inspiring marketers to develop Mobile Marketing Strategies and to create good Creative Briefs.
